Sandra (Sandi) Smith, Esq.
Sandra served as Director of Litigation for Apple Computer, litigation attorney with O’Melveny & Myers in Los Angeles and Fenwick & West in Silicon Valley, and board leader for multiple public and private organizations. She chaired governance committees, led strategic planning efforts, and worked to promote transparency, accountability, and strong governance in each organization. Sandra was also elected to the board of the Estes Valley Fire Protection District
Sandra has focused her career on civil, intellectual property, trade secret, and family litigation. At Apple, she successfully developed and executed Apple’s global strategy for defending its intellectual property. Sandra also has extensive experience representing domestic abuse survivors and their children in family law matters.
She earned a law degree from the University of Southern California Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (highest honors) from UCLA.
